6. Refund and Cancellation Policy:

• No Refund Policy & No Cancellation:
  – Please note that once a booking is confirmed, there are no refunds available.
  – In case of facility closures or unexpected events, we will attempt to reschedule your booking.
• Cancellation Policy: 
  – You can cancel your booking through the app.
  – Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled slot may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  – Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the full booking fee being charged.

7. Equipment Usage: Use of our go-karts and safety equipment is subject to proper care and adherence to usage guidelines. Any damage caused by negligence may result in additional charges.

8. Photography and Videography: We encourage you to capture memories, but please respect the privacy of others. Any media captured at our facility should be for personal use only.
